Welcome to my blog.

This blog was born out of my passion to encourage expectant and new mothers, especially through that 4th trimester stage. Dads are more than welcome as they are part of the team.

I am a wife, mom of two adorable wild little boys ages almost 4 years old and 6 months old, a nurse with a love for the ER, essential oils and wellbeing enthusiast and also a teacher.

I hope this blog is a safe haven and source of encouragement for moms and dads who are in the trenches and sometimes need a little break, encouragement or a place to vent and not feel all alone.
